Curators live in the cities they cover and were already the person their friends asked before a trip. They put places forward, editors decide what runs and how it is marked.

Most curators stay unnamed. One who gets recognised is one who gets looked after, and that ruins the question. We also add curators slowly, and only in cities where we are short, so this is worth sending even if nothing happens for a while.
