Open daily through the summer with al fresco dining, botanical cocktails, and live entertainment from Thursday to Sunday, it is the perfect refined escape during London's glittering summer season, arriving just as the hotel marks its 120th anniversary.

Perched on the 38th floor of The Henderson, one of Hong Kong's most striking new skyscrapers designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Hana no Kumo recently opened as one of the city's most intimate and rarefied dining experiences. Led by chef Ogawa Masaru, whose decades in top Kyoto and Hong Kong kitchens include time at Michelin-starred establishments, the restaurant centers on kappou dining, an interactive Japanese style where the chef prepares and serves each course directly in front of just 24 guests seated around the counter. The sakura-themed interior, designed by HBA, features lighting that shifts between white and pink to mimic cherry blossoms in bloom, providing a quietly breathtaking backdrop for the monthly-changing dinner tasting menu.

Recently opened in Tokyo's Daikanyama district, the Dior Bamboo Pavilion is the French house's most ambitious concept store in Asia yet, spanning 1,800 square meters across a striking golden bamboo facade that glows like a lantern after dark. The first major retail concept to showcase the collections of new creative director Jonathan Anderson, the pavilion blends Versailles-style parquet flooring and Parisian mouldings with washi paper walls, a Zen garden, and a koi pond, in a deep collaboration with around 20 Japanese artists and designers. The experience culminates at Café Dior, where three-Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic presents an exclusive menu bridging French cuisine with Japanese flavors.
