Janu Dubai

Janu Dubai is set to arrive in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as a striking new luxury hotel by Aman Group’s lifestyle brand, offering a fresh, sociable take on high-end hospitality in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, the 150-room hotel will occupy the heart of a sculptural mixed-use tower that also includes residences and the brand’s first global Janu Club for wellness, connection, and curated experiences. Slated to open in 2027, the hotel promises panoramic views across the Burj Khalifa and Zabeel Palace Gardens, modern dining concepts, and expansive terraces that blur indoor and outdoor living. Positioned amid world-class retail, art, and culture in DIFC, Janu Dubai aims to redefine urban luxury with design that feels both grounded and expressive.
