Dior just turned a Saint-Tropez garden into one of the most stylish tables on the French Riviera. Newly opened alongside the brand's freshly renovated boutique at 13 Rue François Sibilli, Monsieur Dior by Mauro Colagreco is a seasonal open-air restaurant set within the Mediterranean garden of a historic Tropezian mansion, just steps from the Place des Lices and the port. The kitchen is led by Colagreco, the three-Michelin-starred chef behind Mirazur in Menton, named the World's Best Restaurant in 2019, who translates Dior's codes into cuisine with dishes like the Corolle, an iced dessert crowned with crystallized flowers that nods to Christian Dior's debut 1947 collection. Open from June through October and paired with a year-round Café Dior, it channels the founding couturier's lifelong love of gardens and flowers into a sun-drenched ode to Provençal living.
