Nobu Beach Inn in Barbuda is a new luxury hotel and residential retreat set to open along more than two miles of pristine Caribbean beachfront on Princess Diana Beach, a stretch once beloved by the late Princess in her visits to the island. Currently in development and slated for completion in late 2026, the intimate property will feature 17 private villas, destination dining, a beach club, a spa, fitness pavilion, and a limited collection of 25 beachfront Nobu Residences tied to world-class hospitality and design. Building on the already popular Nobu Barbuda restaurant that sits right on the sand, the hotel aims to blend relaxed island living with refined comfort and ocean views that honour the natural beauty of the setting. As updates continue to roll out, Nobu Beach Inn promises to become one of the Caribbean’s most anticipated escapes.
