The Lake Como EDITION

The Lake Como EDITION just opened in March 2026 in a restored 19th-century palazzo in Cadenabbia, on the lake's western shore with sweeping views across to Bellagio. The 148-room property features a floating pool perched over the lake, a private boat dock, and four dining venues led by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, marking his first restaurant in Italy. It also houses Italy's second Longevity Spa, complete with biohacking treatments, an indoor thermal pool, herbal sauna, and Turkish bath, all overlooking the water.
